By booking a service through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.
Reservations & Booking
All reservations must be made through our online booking system and are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and a confirmation is sent.
Celebration Services & Time Blocks
Celebration Services are reserved within designated AM or PM time blocks and require a minimum booking of three (3) hours. Reservations may be extended up to six (6) hours based on availability and pricing.
AM and PM time blocks occur on the same day and are scheduled separately. Booking one time block does not guarantee availability of the other.
Wedding Bookings
Wedding bookings are available as either:

One-Day Wedding reservations, or
-
Full Weekend Wedding reservations
Wedding bookings reserve the venue exclusively for the agreed time period and may restrict other bookings on the same date.
Bridal Suite
The bridal suite is available as an optional add-on to wedding bookings and is subject to availability. Overnight accommodations are charged per night.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.
Cancellations & Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If you are unable to use your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
In limited circumstances, bookings may be rescheduled at our discretion and subject to availability.
Changes to Bookings
Any changes to a confirmed booking, including date, time, or service type, must be requested in advance and are not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply for changes or extensions.
Use of the Venue
The venue must be used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Guests are responsible for the behavior of all attendees during their reservation.
Any damage to the venue, furnishings, or equipment caused during an event may result in additional charges.
Setup, Cleanup & Departure
Clients are responsible for adhering to their scheduled booking time, including setup and cleanup. All events must conclude, and guests must vacate the venue, by the end of the reserved time.
Liability
The venue is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during events, except where required by law.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.
Website Accuracy
We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate. However, errors or omissions may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time.
