Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms related to refunds and rescheduling. By booking a service through our website, you agree to the following policy.

General Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, Celebration Services, Wedding Bookings, and any add-on services.

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Celebration Services

Celebration Services are reserved within designated AM or PM time blocks and require a minimum booking time.

  • All Celebration Service bookings are non-refundable

  • Failure to use all or part of the reserved time does not qualify for a refund

  • Early departures, late arrivals, or no-shows do not qualify for a refund

Wedding Bookings

Wedding bookings reserve the venue exclusively for the selected date and time period.

  • All One-Day Wedding bookings are non-refundable

  • All Full Weekend Wedding bookings are non-refundable

  • Cancellations, changes in plans, or event downsizing do not qualify for a refund

Bridal Suite

The bridal suite is booked per night and is subject to availability.

  • Bridal suite reservations are non-refundable

  • Unused nights, early checkouts, or cancellations do not qualify for a refund

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be considered only at the discretion of the venue and subject to availability. Approval of a reschedule does not imply eligibility for a refund.

No-Shows & Early Departures

Failure to arrive, failure to use the venue during the scheduled time, or leaving early does not qualify for a refund or credit.

Weather & Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Any applicable processing fees are non-refundable.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will not affect confirmed bookings made prior to the update.

Acceptance of Policy

By completing a booking through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
