Before you book a tour or scroll through our site, I want you to know who we are & why we're here.

We are a family (of soon to be 28!) who loves to celebrate everything & each other. We want to pass that spirit along to you, because we believe every person, in every family, deserves to be celebrated. We believe everyone should have the ability to celebrate & be celebrated without the financial hardships.

We have a big family. We are used to the DIY mentality. Helping each other create for a celebration comes natural to us. Making something beautiful out of what we had? Very normal. This is the mindset that built our business model.

Why we created 13 Event Center ~

We saw something missing in our area.

Couples are:

*Going into debt for weddings

*Settling for spaces that didn't feel special

*Traveling far away for something affordable

Businesses had nowhere affordable, close by, to host meetings for 100 people.

Families didn't have an affordable, flexible space to gather to celebrate a new baby, a new bride or just to get everyone together for a reunion.

So we built one.

We created a 120-person venue just 13 miles north of Athens, Ohio & Ohio University--simple, clean, flexible and budget-friendly.

You can bring your own alcohol. You can DIY your decor or use our ever expanding borrow closet. You can keep it simple. You can go all out.

We are going to meet you at the door & say hi, then let you have the space for your celebration. (We are 5 minutes away if you need us!) After all, it's your event. Not ours.

What makes us different ~

We don’t just “rent you the building.”

We help.

We move tables. We give you table cloths. We troubleshoot last-minute chaos. We help you rethink your budget. We figure out backup plans when the weather doesn’t cooperate.

Sometimes we probably care more than we should.

But that’s who we are.

This isn’t a side hobby. Our family has poured our hearts into this for our community. We created this space for gathering, celebrating and making memories that last.

When you book here, you're not just renting a building. You're trusting our family with something meaningful -- and we treat it that way. It truly means so much to be a part of your milestones.

From our 10x60 front porch to our open 40x60 reception space, everything was designed to be versatile.

*Weddings under $5,000? Yes.

*Elopements for 13 people? Absolutely.

*Corporate meetings? $75 an hour.

*Fundraisers? We love them.

*Birthday parties? Bring it on.

*Nerf Wars and yard games? We’ve got those too.

*Family Reunions? Invite them all.

This space is meant to serve our community.
